This holistic class is for couples who want to take a deep dive into both the physiology of birth as well as the emotional and spiritual aspects of the birth process. This is a 3 hour class offered for people who prefer to have a more private learning experience.

This class is for couples who want to learn all about birth in the comfort of their homes. The preparation for a physiologic birth at home or birth center is different than the preparation for a hospital birth. They all have their benefits and challenges, and this class is tailored to YOUR NEEDS AND CHOICES, helping you feel more prepared, empowered and hopefully even inspired about the experience ahead of you, independent of the place where you choose to give birth, (home, birth center or hospital).
We will focus on empowering the birthing person and their partner to navigate this transformational period. Engaged partners will learn various ways to support the birthing person as they are fully present throughout the process.
